Miguel Ángel López Cerón is the Head Chef.
For the past 9 years, Miguel has worked professionally in gastronomy. However, having been born and raised in Hidalgo, he learned early on about flavors and cooking from his mother and grandmother. Miguel credits Emanuele Olivero with teaching him the art of preparing Italian dishes. Not only did Miguel learn to love preparing Italian dishes, he learned the harmony between food and drink.
Jennifer knew Miguel was a perfect fit because of his love and knowledge of wine and International cuisine. Not only that, she wanted the Pedregal Pour House to be filled with big smiles and Miguel fit perfectly for that too!
The Pedregal Pour House is blessed to have a chef who will grow with us and provide all of our guests with a wonderful gastronomic experience.
The market is to allow those who want a quiet night in to grab freshly made pasta, sauces, bread, and other international foods to take home with a bottle of wine and dessert. Food and wine are meant to be paired with laughter and conversation.
